At Iris Couture, every piece is crafted with intention — One Design. One Piece. Exclusively Yours.
Because of the bespoke and artisan-made nature of our garments, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Each item is individually crafted, made-to-order, and often customised to your measurements. For this reason, all sales are final.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for any items, including but not limited to:
- Made-to-order dresses
- Bespoke or customised garments
- Handmade / artisan-crafted pieces
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Personal care or intimate items
Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after your order is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/video of the issue
Our team will assess the case and advise on the next steps.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the bespoke nature of our work.
Every piece is unique and crafted per order, making replacements not possible.
Shipping of Returns (If Approved for Exception)
In exceptional cases where a return is authorised by our team:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Please send no items back without written approval.
